🐺: "Pinterest" Yea, pintares!! And Tau helped me put them in and everything, but I picked what pictures I wanted! 26/6/2019 0 Comments Mindspace/wonderland + moodboardBecause who doesn't like moodboards? I've made quite a few, and most of them for the tulpae and our wonderland. Unfortunately, the world in my head is so unique that not many pictures online can match it, but an approximation should be enough. In case it helps, the world started out as a black void. It's where we got our system name - The Void. Not that we use it very often.. But then it changed, developed. There's still a void part, but inside the void is a brown leather sofa, most commonly used by Alex. It's his couch, pretty much. Ham also brought in a pastel pink pillow, so that one's usually just laying around somewhere. On the 'roof' of the void is a galaxy of stars. Not from the Milky Way which can be seen from Earth. A completely new and to others unknown galaxy. The 'floor' is like stepping on silk. Connecting to the void is a green green meadow surrounded by a dense forest, almkst as green as the grass. Northwest of that from the void is a lake with water so clear you can see all the way to the bottom, and the surface glimmers in the sunlight. It's never night in the meadow and never any bad weather. Just a blue blue sky, a few puffy white clouds then and now, and summer all year 'round. It's a little chaotic, and still developing, but it's a place I could wholeheartedly call home. My home inside my own head. We're having slight difficulties with disconnecting from each other, and Uno found it difficult to write a post all by itself. So, I'm here to assist with starting up. The contents of this post were written during and after the event. Title: Swedish camping site during a midsummer weekend - photography and writing, collaborative effort. Photos by Taruyah Writing by Taruno & Hamtaru Proofreading by Taruyah Day 1 - Friday When Tar first arrived to the camping site, he took a few photos of the surroundings and of the tent we will be sleeping in for tonight. I felt a great sence of peace already at the moment we arrived. The camping is surrounded by a forest and the grass is green. I could hear birds in the distance, and when Tar took off his shoes, summer felt whole. I do feel that I have come to my right environment. The sounds of the forest and wind in the treetops give a sence of peace in my being. The area has similarities with the meadow in our mindspace. Perhaps the grass is not quite as green, but from borrowing the feel from Taru's senses of stepping barefoot in it, it is very similar. It gives me a sense of home. What do you think about the tent we will sleep in? The tent is quite small, and I would certainly not fit inside it had I been outside in my true form. I would require a space at least three times its size, and if I am to be honest, I would prefer sleeping outside on the grass, in open terrain. However, Tar is the one in control of the body, and he will be the one suffering in the case that the night would grow cold or gloomy. Do you have any opinions on the company? What do you think about Taru's family? I cannot even begin to understand the humor they use together. I would assume that they have a written standard for what is allowed and not, but I could most certainly be wrong. I have very little personal knowledge of human standards. But, they do seem to enjoy themselves, even if I would definitely prefer and advice for less amounts of alcohol to be involved. It isn't good for your health, that poison. Haaaaiiii, Hamtaruuu doing a hijack! Tau taught me that word and what it means, teehee! I asked Tau to take pictures of the pretty flowers, so I will put the bestest best pictures of flowers here! Oh, and there's some nature in there too. 🐺: "Didn't find/photograph a lot, but that's what I could get with my phone's camera" 🦅: "The purple flowers were quite gorgeous. You are a good photographer when you want to be, Tar, I will give you that. You caught the details well" Tar went with a few members of his family down to the nearby lake for a bath. If I had been there to give live advice, I would have hindered them. It was not very warm neither in the air or in the water, but they went either way. Fortunately, it was a short dip to take a group picture and then back up on the shore. When he got back to the tent to change and freshen up, his body had cooled considerably. While borrowing from Tar's senses during the bath, I did enjoy the feeling of swimming. It was refreshing, even if I quite prefer staying on dry land or flying. But afterwards, we all felt the chill inside the mindspace. A cold wind blew by over the meadow, shaking the crowns of the trees and rustling my feathers. Several hours inside the big tent followed with talking, joking, singing and guitar playing. The moment of everyone joining in 'Halelujah' was harmonic. The mindspace as a whole had a breather, and we stopped just to enjoy the tune. Quite a pleasant evening. After that followed a night in the small tent. A plane swerved high above. The noise is familiar to me, and it did not feel as misplaced as I might have expected. Tar was mostly listening - or perhaps trying to ignore - the sounds of sleep from his mate. As there were not much else to listen to, except for the distant hum of voices talking, I stepped away to let Taru have his moment. 🐺: "Which I didn't *cough* I fell asleep" Day 2 - Saturday 🐺: "Why not start with summarizing things with a photo slide?" 🦅: "A gallery of sorts, you mean?" 🐺: "Yeah. Like the one I helped H with up there" 🦅: "That would be helpful" 🐺: "I'll set it up for you" 🐺: "Oh, Uno, could I have a section at the end of the post?" 🦅: "Certainly. This is your blog, after all" 🐺: "Our blog. All for one and one for all" Tar was awoken somewhere around eight in the morning. From what he has told me, that is a common occurrence when sleeping in a tent. Breakfast was served shortly after, and it was a rich one. He took some time by himself where I am not sure what he did. I stepped away to let him have his time. For a few hours, the people around were taking it slow. I remember crackers and a small bowl of candy that Taru gladly scooped from. He is quite fond of sweets and salts, I have noticed. Not good for his body, and I would definitely recommend an avocado or a slice of dark bread with cheese and cucumber instead. But alas, he was on vacation. I can only hope that he will take my advice when he is back home again. When the time closed in to past four, the group started packing for a walk to the nearby beach. I am aware that Tar was distressed before and during the packing, and I assume it has to do with one of us. He was talking to his Canadian, but I will not concern myself with what he does not want me to know. So, that is that. The water felt colder than it was the day before, but perhaps that is because there was a distinct difference in overall temperature. Nineteen degrees were mentioned somewhere that I cannot remember. I assume that points to water temperature. Tar took many gorgeous photos of the lake before and during his bath. It again felt relieving to borrow the sensation of swimming. It was a refreshment to all of us. I did however notice that Tar kept his feet up so he would not touch the bottom. He is not fond of feeling any kind of seagrass against his skin. What is your overall opinion of this experience? I did quite enjoy being outside and away from the city. I am, after all, a creature that normally live in the wild, and I much rather sleep outside than in a cramped space. Tar would say against that, and that is fine. I have the mindspace with an endless summer and grass to sleep on if I would want to. Though, I have come to the conclusion that human beings are strange in an enjoyable way. They have a lot of interesting standards, and many of them I will never understand. At the very least not personally, but with granted access to Tar's thoughts and experiences, I do understand the modern world a lot better. Summarized, it was a good experience. I would be willing to try the same or something similar some time in the future, but perhaps we could have a week or so to wind down. It was quite exhausting, and the added alcohol did not help the case. Taru here to do a special section for a special bean. Who I'm talking about is of course my parents' doggo, Sabina. It was a joy having her along, with much snuggles and kisses. That should be all for this blog. Thank you for checking in, and come back soon! Many greetings from Taru, Uno and Hammy. Oh, and Luci. He probably had a hand in things here and there. Chiao!
